1. RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK, ZIG-E’S RIPPIN’ RACEWAY reserves the right to refuse admission to ANYONE.
2. You MUST be 54‘’ tall AND at least 10 yrs old to ride.
3. Drivers with passengers MUST be at least16 yrs old AND have a valid driver’s license. Passengers MUST be 36’’ tall.
4. Keep both hands on the wheel and feet in the kart at all times!!
5. Please secure all loose items and clothing. Hair longer than shoulder length must be tied up.
6. NO SMOKING in karts or on the raceway at anytime!!
7. While on the raceway, STAY in kart at ALL TIMES!!!
8. NO BUMPING, WEAVING, CUTTING OFF, OR HORSE- PLAY ALLOWED!! Stay OFF side GUARD RAILS!!!
9. Any person under the influence of ANY Intoxicant will NOT be allowed to operate karts!
10. SLOW-DOWN and YIELD to any STALLED karts or COLLISIONS on track!

11. DO NOT EXIT from karts while in the pit area UNTIL instructed by attendant.
12. Any person that is pregnant, has neck or back injuries, SHOULD NOT ride.
